All pricing is based on a typical sized home. Larger homes may be priced accordingly. Our initial visit to your home will determine the appropriate price for our services.
Ala-Carte Services
General Inspection – 35 point inspection……….….
Pick up deliveries, debris, secure possessions outside, inspect pipes, run water / flush toilets, inspect ceilings, heat/AC, adjust light timers, drapes, blinds inside. Our overall inspection of the home for areas that may need attention.
Inspection & Cleaning – 35 point plus……………..
General Inspection above, Plus cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming of furniture and floors; Clean and Polish fixtures, counters, appliances. Kitchens and Baths get our full attention. Watering plants, starting cars, and resetting electronics also included.
Comfort Packages
Ask us to design a package specifically for the services you require.
Comfort On Request – available only with the purchase of one of the above services
* Grocery Service - $25 or 15% of grocery bill (whichever is higher)
