Incorporated in 2007 by Brenda Yeager, BeachHouse Comfort is designed to provide Peace of Mind for homeowners that 
find themselves hours and miles away from their Beach Home here at the Shore.
Having lived in Ocean City and Berlin for 14 years Brenda realized the need for a reliable home service not only for regular home check-ups, pre storm prep and post storm clean-up, but also for preparing a home for the Owner's arrival.
For years Brenda helped care for and manage homes for locals leaving on vacation, friends and family with rentals at the beach, and out of town owners that just didn't have the time to check on their house here at the shore. Brenda found herself doing everything from providing maid service between rentals to watering plants and newly laid sod, to picking up deliveries and grocery shopping.
All of these experiences have become a part of our Menu of offerings to our clients. Many of our services are designed to give a vacant home a lived in look, some enjoy coming to their home after having us freshen the linens and towels and stocking the fridge with their favorite perishables, while others have us prepare their home for the next family of renters.
